Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Retite (the "App"), an application for learning English vocabulary with spaced repetition, operated by Retite Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You can sign in with Apple, Google, or email. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity under it. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.
2. Using the App
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App for learning. Don't misuse the service — no reverse engineering, scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to disrupt it.
3. Your content
Words you add and your learning progress remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to store and process them so the App can work for you.
4. Purchases
Any paid subscriptions are billed through the App Store and governed by Apple's terms. Prices and features may change; renewals and cancellations are managed in your App Store account.
5. Availability & changes
The App is provided "as is". We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Retite is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.
